The housekeeping and laundry departments are where the “unsung heroes” of Enchantment live. Always focused on cleanliness and safety, the team works tirelessly to make sure the resort, its guests and fellow colleagues have the laundered items they need.
Our laundry department was recently inspected by a third party safety company to determine if the resort was in compliance or if it needed improvement. The resulting comments from the inspector stated that it was, by far the best, cleanest and well-maintained laundry department
of any he has inspected.
The best part – he asked laundry attendant Richard Mewhinney questions about our practices and all were answered correctly and with passion. Richard was not prepped nor did he know about the inspection.
