Mii amo
Enchantment Group offers the development and branding of destination spa communities based on location, scope of project, goals and intentions. The team at Enchantment Group is able to conceptualize, create and manage a branded Mii amo spa village within a resort or residential community with our expertise approach to spa management and operations.
A Mii amo concept is only suitable for just a handful of distinct properties, located in stunning natural settings, with high-end development capable of sustaining the Mii amo financially, until its reputation enables it to be a stand-alone destination spa. An example is the 30-room Mii amo spa with 25 residential condominiums planned for Punta Mita, Mexico. Mii amo architecture will evoke and honor the beauty of its natural setting while maintaining its intimate structure of having between 16-32 guestrooms.
Enchantment Group will design customized, personally transforming spa programs that will reflect the area's cultural heritage and play tribute to its surroundings. The team will also manage the ongoing recruitment, training and retention of all staff and oversee the evolution of spa programming, retail merchandising and food and beverage aspects of the destination spa.
Each Mii amo developed will follow a proven revenue model that features all-inclusive packages for stays of 3, 4 and 7 nights with common arrival and departure days.
Journey Spa
Ideal for an urban hotel or residential setting, Enchantment Group can conceptualize, create and manage a branded Journey Spa, whose name is derived from the meaning of its sister brand, Mii amo, as a transforming journey or passage. Journey offers the cachet of a branded spa in a setting where a destination spa would not be ideal.
Developing a Journey Spa is less capital-intensive than incorporating a Mii amo, but offers the same caliber of programming, recruitment, training and retention as Mii amo, with an appropriate reflection of sense of place, but without all-inclusive and multiple day programs.
