Mii amo, a Yuman word meaning "to continue ones path, or journey," is a destination spa located in Sedona, Arizona. Situated in Boynton Canyon, native people considered this spectacular box canyon a sacred place that awakens the senses. Like many Native American pueblos, the 24,000-square-foot, two-level main building is nestled in the natural slope of the canyon wall, maximizing views of the red rock canyon. Mii amo offers 14 guest rooms and two suites for guests following three-, four- and seven-night programs called Journeys, which are inclusive of luxury accommodations, daily meals at the acclaimed Mii amo Café, spa treatments, private consultation, activities, fitness classes, lectures, and use of all spa facilities. Full 60- and 90-minute treatments include massage, cranial sacral, hydrotherapy baths, body treatments, watsu, Ayurvedic treatments, facials and spiritual sessions.
