Mark Grenoble founded Enchantment Group with other senior executives of Enchantment Resort and Mii amo, a destination spa at Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona. This expansion of the hotel management company meets the growing market demand for proven experience in developing and managing all aspects of spa-oriented resorts and communities. Mark draws on a unique collection of skills that encompasses every facet of spa and resort operations...from creating concepts, pre-opening strategies and systems for all departments to managing effective recruitment, training and retention programs, and developing highly profitable retail design and merchandise programs. He and his Mii amo team pioneered a number of destination spa industry firsts: first to create common guest arrival and departure days that maximize occupancy and revenue; first to feature full 60- and 90-minute treatment sessions, and first to offer alcohol, including organic and biodynamic wines.
Prior to joining Enchantment Resort in 1993 and developing Enchantment Group in 2007, Mark served as Vice President & General Manager of a major real estate development and management company. At Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa, he has been pivotal in development projects and has complete understanding of every process, from inception to staffing to management of resources.

Marcos brings more than 20 years of hotel asset management and operations experience to his role as Vice President of Enchantment Group. He leads the exploration of new management and acquisition opportunities for the company, and currently is overseeing the development of Mii amo Punta Mita, Mexico. Marcos plays a significant role in the operations efforts of Enchantment Groups current portfolio of resorts, spas and golf courses, working in conjunction with the executive team at each property.
Prior to joining Enchantment Group, Marcos was the Vice President of Asset Management for Trinity Hotel Investors, a global hotel real estate investment company based in New York, where he was responsible for asset management of a growing portfolio of more than 20 hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Europe. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations & Asset Management at the Woolley Hotel Company, where he asset managed a diverse hotel portfolio that included several independent resorts and select service hotels, as well as several branded hotels. Earlier he served as General Manager for various luxury resort properties including Karmina Palace in Mexico, Kea Lani Resort in Hawaii and LAuberge de Sedona. Marcos holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

With more than 30 years of hospitality finance experience, Dale brings extensive knowledge to Enchantment Group as Controller. He oversees all forecasting and analyzes financial data in order to advise hotel management in maintaining efficient operations. Dale is responsible for the overall management of all hotel accounting, budgeting and finance functions. This includes supporting operational departments and ensuring that corporate accounting policies and procedures are adhered to, in addition to fulfilling budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements for the resorts and spas. Dale manages all finance functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, in addition to supervising the IT department and managing finances and reporting for the Boynton Canyon Enchantment Home Owners Association. Prior to joining Enchantment Resort in 1996, Dale held finance positions with Hilton in Austin, Texas, as well as RockResorts and Manhattan East Suite Hotels.

Focusing primarily on finance and administration, Bryan has broad international management experience, having worked at resorts and properties in England, Canada, the Caribbean and South Africa. While with RockResorts International, he served as the opening Controller for The Boulders Resort in Arizona, the Hanbury Manor in England, and the Carambola Beach Resort and Golf Club in St. Croix. He also served as the Corporate Director of Accounting in New York City, overseeing all of RockResorts properties.
Bryan was in instrumental in the due diligence and acquisition of Enchantment Resort, Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa, and the Tides Inn. In addition to attending hotel school in Toronto, he is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

As a 25-year veteran of the spa and hospitality industries, Amy McDonald is widely recognized as an expert in related environmentally and economically sustainable practices and as an innovator in transformational spa programming. Her management experience includes two years as Spa and Program Director at El Monte Sagrado Living Spa in Taos, New Mexico, a luxury eco-resort, and four years as Director of Spa and Programs for the award-winning Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson, Arizona.
Her accomplishments have received acclaim in such publications as Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler, while her personal expertise has been cited in O, The Oprah Magazine, Harpers Bazaar and Real Simple, among others. She is also a frequent guest speaker on spa trends, sustainability and marketing techniques. Amys spa proficiencies include conceptual and strategic planning, design, the creation of menu and educational programs and activities, marketing initiatives, and development of signature product and organic amenity lines. She launched Amy McDonald & Associates LLC as a spa and wellness consultancy that is committed to developing customized services, programs, products and systems which reflect integrity, authenticity and unique points of differentiation. Select clients have included Four Seasons in Scottsdale, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Dallas and Westlake, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Other clients include Starwood Capital Group, Foothills Health Consultants, Hacienda Del Sol Hotel and Aerie Resort.

Joining the team in April 2008, Chris Bird is responsible for overseeing the operations and staffing of the 24,000-sqaure-foot spa located on the grounds of Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona...including 16 guest rooms, 22 treatment rooms, 60 therapists, a retail boutique, fitness facilities, and full-service restaurant and bar. Along with day-to-day operations, Chris focuses on providing the ultimate guest experience and maintaining the vision through treatments, activities, and programming. Since he joined Mii amo, the renowned spa has achieved several prestigious accolades, including being named 2009 Worlds Best Destination Spa by the readers of Travel + Leisure.
Prior to Mii amo, Chris was the Director of Operations at the Lodge at Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona, where he managed the operations of the 50-room Four Diamond resort and 850-member private golf and racquet club. He was charged with overseeing 250 employees, 12 tennis courts, 36-hole golf course, spa, five food and beverage outlets, and two retail stores. Chris has spent nearly 15 years in hospitality management, including 10 years of experience with the esteemed Canyon Ranch organization at their properties in Tucson and Lenox, Massachusetts, managing food & beverage operations as well as room divisions.

Annika Jackson provides spa and resort development and management services to owners and developers. Her primary responsibilities include determining appropriate services, assisting with design and construction phases, creating property-specific programming, and working with the operations teams to launch and position new or renovated spas and resorts. Annika also represents the resort management company at select industry conferences and events.
Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Annika offers managerial skills acquired during 20 years of working in the hotel and travel industry in Europe, the Caribbean and the United States. Prior to her current role, she was the General Manager of Mii amo, the first-ever destination spa to be combined with a resort community. Under her leadership, Mii amo garnered worldwide praise and numerous accolades, including Travel + Leisure readers naming Mii amo the Worlds Best Destination Spa in 2007.

Tina works with clients to create customized solutions for owners, developers and operators seeking highly personalized spa and resort concepts and management. Her initial role is to help the firms clients determine the appropriate strategic fit of an Enchantment Group branded or custom spa or resort product, by applying her analytical sales & marketing skills to help evaluate markets, position and direction. She then works with clients to establish action and marketing plans for the new or renovated spa or resort. Tina also represents the resort management company at industry events, oversees the firms own marketing initiatives, and continually enhances Enchantment Groups deep understanding of destination spas and amenity spas as well as their successful integration into urban hotels, luxury resorts and spa-oriented communities.
In this role, Tina draws upon her extensive spa and resort marketing experience, and her genuine passion for relationship building. She first joined Enchantment Resort as a sales manager in 1994, where she opened both the West Coast and Midwest markets and served as primary contact for incentive groups and international clients. In 2000, she was appointed Director of Sales & Marketing for Enchantment Resort and Mii amo, with emphasis on the unique synergy of the resort and spa. Tina still holds this position and brings her sales expertise and her marketing perspective to every project. She is responsible for all sales and marketing of the award-winning resort and world-class destination spa, including supervision of all sales and conference services, contract negotiations, promotions, advertising and direct mail.

Julia oversees the media relations, corporate positioning and communications efforts for all projects. She also assists in the branding as well as social media and interactive initiatives for each property. Julia has a proven track record of savvy public relations efforts, creative promotional executions, loyalty initiatives, and awareness building media strategies.
Julia brings over 20 years of marketing and public relations experience. Most recently she held the position of Director of Marketing for Eddie Vs Restaurants, Inc. Thorn joined Eddie Vs Restaurants from the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa where she served as Director of Marketing Communications. Previouslyshe held account executive positions at marketing agencies that include E.B. Lane-Phoenix; GSD&M Advertising-Austin; Tracy-Locke Dallas; and Evans, Hardy & Young-Santa Barbara. Over the years Julias client list consisted of Vail Resorts, Rock Resorts, Phoenix CVB, Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, Santaluz Club, Hewlett-Packard, Pearl Vision and Fannie Mae Corporation. Thorn is a graduate of Texas A & M University and holds a BBA degree in Marketing.

As the Director of Development for Enchantment Group, James is involved in the development of housing projects for the firm. His current development work includes the subdivision and construction of approximately 500 homes on three parcels near the Tides Inn in Irvington, Virginia. James has managed various projects at the resort, including overseeing the planning and development of a $14 million renovation in 2002. Improvements included restoring guest rooms and public areas, and improving the Golden Eagle Golf Course and clubhouse as well as the Spa at the Tides Inn. He also served as Construction Manager during development of the 24,000-square-foot destination spa, Mii amo, in Sedona. This project included 16 spa casitas in addition to outdoor pools, massage and treatment rooms, and Mii amo Café.
Prior to that, James was the Construction Manager during the expansion of 60 additional guest rooms in 15 casitas at Enchantment Resort in 1998-1999. Before joining Enchantment Group, he was a Regional Engineer for Sheraton Corporation and has held various engineering and project management positions in the commercial and industry fields. He graduated from the University of Honolulu School of Law, holds his Master's Degree in Business Administration, obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, and attended the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in New York.

Michael has more than 35 years of experience in construction and project management in the commercial, residential and hospitality industries. In 1999, he joined the Enchantment Resort team as Project Manager and has since been an integral part of every renovation and construction project on property...including the development of Mii amo, a 24,000-square-foot destination spa on the grounds of Enchantment. He is currently overseeing the complete interior refurbishment of all 218 guest casitas at the resort.
Prior to working with Enchantment Group, he was responsible for overseeing the construction and development of several multi-million dollar homes in Sedona. Before moving to Sedona in 1993, he was the Construction Supervisor on various projects for Citnalta Construction Corp., one of the leading general contracting companies in the New York region, with clients including the New York Transit Authority, Kings County Hospital, Suffolk County, and the City of New York.
